Technical Support Executive
Job Description
Description:1 to 2 years of Technical support experience with on-field product installations and service. Hardware experience with a good understanding of electrical designs, wireless/wired communication, and home automation. Software experience includes understanding the configuration and functions of Android/iOS Apps.Roles & Responsibilities: Supporting the product Installations that include home automation, security system installations, training the users with the support of a technician/electrician Supervise all product installations and the related service and maintenance activities when required Assist field personnel in providing remote and on-site customer support and services Recommend process improvements to achieve customer service and sales goals Analyse/Troubleshoot issues and develop resolutions in a timely manner Act as the main point of contact for customers for any complaints, inquiries, and issues Update technical manual and reference guides with the recent product updates and developmentsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
