: Designation: Technical Support Engineer Experience: 0-5 years Responsibilities: \xef\x81\xac Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. (Basic) \xef\x81\xac Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. (Basic) \xef\x81\xac Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem \xef\x81\xac Talk to clients through a series of actions, via phone, until they\xe2\x80\x99ve solved a technical & Product issues. \xef\x81\xac Ensure all issues are properly logged. \xef\x81\xac Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role \xef\x81\xac Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. \xef\x81\xac Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. \xef\x81\xac Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues \xef\x81\xac Familiarity with remote desktop applications. \xef\x81\xac Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. \xef\x81\xac Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. \xef\x81\xac Good English skills (spoken). \xef\x81\xac Must have Laptop & Vehicle. \xef\x81\xac Knows regional language and Ready to travel. \xef\x81\xac Ability to work flexible shifts, WO\'s, and ready to work on Indian National holidays and adapt to changing work schedules Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
