Job Description


QUALIFICATION: B Tech Computer Science, BSc computer science, BE, BCA, MCA Resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote
desktop connections to provide immediate support. Troubleshooting and software technical support to the Client during their working
hours. Analyze software related issues and propose solutions Obtain and log customer feedback for the purpose of process improvement Document software support activities thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely
manner Develop and promote technical solutions which support the business requirements
within area of expertise. Provide innovative contribution within the team by coming up with ideas to
automate repetitive work. Strong written and verbal communication skills & interpersonal skills Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers Conduct research and development on new IT tools and facilities for the continuous
improvement in all the departments of the organization Job Type: Full-time Salary: 98,000.00 - 916,000.00 per month Day range:
