In Modern Work (MW), we help our customers get productive and stay productive with Microsoft 365 product families.

In the Customer Service & Support (CSS) team we are looking for people with a passion for delivering customer success. As a Technical Support Engineer you will own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, honing your problem-solving, collaboration and research skills, and deepening your technical proficiency.

This role is Microsoft onsite only.

Responsibilities


Response and Resolution
  • You review, investigate and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices

Readiness
  • You participate in communities with peer delivery roles.
  • You develop specific technical and professional proficiency to enable you to understand and resolve customer issues, through training and readiness.

Product/Process Improvement
  • You identify potential product defects and provide feedback to more senior engineers, contributing to Microsoft product improvements


Qualifications


Language Qualification
English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.

Required Hard:
  • 2+ years of experience on development/product expertise of at least one of core workloads :
  • SharePoint
  • Exchange
  • Microsoft Teams,
  • Azure AD
  • Intune
  • Strong in core technologies: .NET framework and ASP.Net / C# / .Net Core
  • Exposure to scripting languages : JavaScript, JQuery, Powershell, Node.js
  • Exposure to RESTful APIs, OAuth protocol
- Exposure to tools - Fiddler, Netmon, Postman

Required Soft:
  • Willingness to learn new technologies/skills
  • Willingness to take on challenges
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask

Nice to have/desired:
  • Prior experience with Graph API (added advantage)
  • Prior technical support experience
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Enterprise/Corporate working experience
  • Experience with software development and/or test
  • Knowledge of Programming against M365 Products

Critical Exposure areas:
1) Great troubleshooting skills
2) Good logical approach to the resolve the problem quickly
3) Ability to learn from an issue/situation, adapt and carry forward the solution to another seemingly unrelated issue
