What is the opportunity?*
As a Junior Systems Administrator, you will learn, grow, and contribute as part of a busy, blended, highly competent IT Department supporting a leading-edge mixed cloud and on-premises environmentThis role is based at India, TrivandrumWhat will you do?

• Administer and troubleshoot Cloud tools and services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, JIRA, Confluence, Office 365, Windows & Linux servers, Network devices such as routers and firewalls
• Perform Duty Engineer Sys admin responsibilities on rotation, including:
• Systems Administration with Windows and Linux tech
• Amazon Web Services / Azure Administration
• Network Administration
• Security Patching & Backups
• Pager duty & incident response
• Provide Help Desk Agent support, including:
• Assisting internal users experiencing operational, software, hardware, or network connectivity problems with their computer systems
• First level support and collaborate / escalate unresolved queries to your colleagues.
• Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of support tickets
• Upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance on IT equipment

• Participate in Team Meetings, Project Sprints, and other collaborations
• Work on complex Technical Projects in an Agile environment

• Experience with Microsoft O365, SharePoint, and MS Teams
• Windows / Linux Server experience
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
