Who are we looking for?

Candidates with a minimum 2 years of Service Desk experience \xe2\x80\x93 Those with technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with excellent English-speaking skills and willing to work in rotational shifts.

Technical Skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint.

Process Skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 Active listening and probing skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Effective business communication skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles.

Behavioral Skills :

Qualification:
