MaSyCoDa is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our high-performance team in Nagpur (India). Masycoda is looking for professionals having expertise in providing Technical Support Services, Software Tester Services, Quality Analysis. having 1 year to 5 years' experience in IT and IT enabled business. Experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Handling SLA, Managing Business Process, Client Communication, Database Management, Basic Cloud Understanding would be preferred. The candidate must possess excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.He / She should have the following skills set

• Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies like; Manual & Automation in context to selenium.
• Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs like HTML and CSS.
• Experienced in handling database, SQL query, basic cloud operations
• Technical and Professional Requirements: Primary Skills - Automation testing (Selenium)
• Understand software development methods, tools and standards and look for ways to apply them as appropriate.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
• A bachelors degree in computer science or related field

Key Responsibility

• Understand business process and meeting SLA
• Understanding software requirements and functionalities
• Ability to manage User Accounts, Database and Cloud VMs
• Ability to understand and create reports in Excel
• Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability
• Interacting with clients/internal team to understand business requirements
• Participating in process reviews and providing input on daily status
• Ability to learn new fast and explore new technologies
