Understanding of Telecom VAS Network. knowledge of various telecom protocols and nodes in infrastructure.
Have worked on VAS platform with hands on experience on Level 2 support for any voice, messaging or data application.
Maintain service uptime & SLA as committed. Redundancy management.
Root cause analysis & implement various recommendation as suggested by engineering teams.
Implement various hardening procedures for security prospective suggested by security team.
Application Support, Deployment of Release, patches & fixes on Platform.
Carry out system audit with Internal and External teams for application compliance.
Responsible for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex Linux environments (clustering, high availability, load balancing etc.).Exposure to working with various WebServers (Apache, Tomcat, Jboss).
Analyze server performance, perform tuning and ensure high availability & stability of platform.
Key Skills required: Analytical Skills and VAS operations Knowledge :
Should have hands on experience of Apache/Tomcat, Java application.
Hands on experience of Bash/Perl or Python Scripting
Basic knowledge of AKS/EKS
Should have hands on experience on any Unix platform, should be able to troubleshoot issues related to Application & Linux environments (clustering, high availability, load balancing etc.).
Should have worked with any RDBMS. Hands on experience with MySql preferred.
Should have good knowledge of sql queries
Good understanding of Telecom domain, GSM architecture, VAS. Exposure to SIP & 4G Networks.
Networking - Concepts, basic protocols, devices used, and different topologies used.
