We are seeking a

Technical Support Engineer - Field Service

to provide on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices. Respond to service requests and ensure timely resolution as per SLA guidelines. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Coordinate with backend support teams for issue escalation and resolution. Document service reports, logs, and customer feedback after each visit. Train end-users on system operations and provide basic technical guidance. Maintain tools, inventory, and service documentation for audits and tracking.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-4 years of experience in technical support or field service engineering. Solid understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and IT hardware. Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.

Pay: ₹190,431.80 - ?300,000.00 per year
