We are seeking to hire a skilled Technical Support Engineer to assist our clients from Chennai office. You will be required to respond to raised tickets and assist clients via remote access. This may include installing hardware and software systems, diagnosing networking issues, installing upgrades, and resolving IT issues. To ensure success as a technical support engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of IT systems, high-level communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responding to technical support tickets. \xc2\xb7 Contacting clients to find out the nature of the technical issue. \xc2\xb7 Connect to client\xe2\x80\x99s computers via remote access to resolve the query. \xc2\xb7 Traveling to client\xe2\x80\x99s office/location, whenever required. \xc2\xb7 Installing new hardware, software, and networking systems. \xc2\xb7 Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, networking, and software issues. \xc2\xb7 Proposing simple and effective solutions. \xc2\xb7 Providing basic software training. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining good client relationship. \xc2\xb7 Completing job reports.
