Job Role: \xc2\xb7 Technical Support Engineer is responsible for working with different systems, software, and Hardware and following standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate levels and responsible for researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving clients as well as Internal team issues in an accurate and timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Providing centralized Technical, Hardware support from the management team. Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. \xc2\xb7 Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. \xc2\xb7 Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits. \xc2\xb7 Interaction with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, e-mail, or chat, until they solve a technical issue. \xc2\xb7 Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g software developers) \xc2\xb7 Provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients. \xc2\xb7 Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. \xc2\xb7 Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting. \xc2\xb7 Prepare accurate and timely reports. \xc2\xb7 Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals. \xc2\xb7 Maintain cordial relationships with Internal teams & Clients. \xc2\xb7 Provide technical support to end-users covering all software and hardware-related issues. Required Experience: \xc2\xb7 Should have Good PC hardware, Software, and networking knowledge. \xc2\xb7 Installation and configuration of network routers. \xc2\xb7 Sophos firewall configuration. \xc2\xb7 Understanding and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the network. \xc2\xb7 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with wireless scanners and printers. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware. \xc2\xb7 Send daily shift start/end reports to Technical Director. Required Qualifications & Skill sets: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in hardware technical support role. \xc2\xb7 Quality & customer focus, phone skills, good verbal & written communication. \xc2\xb7 Good in Excel, and MS Office. \xc2\xb7 Good analytical skills.
