Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Location: Coimbatore Experience: 3 - 10 Years Responsibilities Understood their requirements, mapped the requirements to existing functionality and passed on requests for enhancements to Technical Team. Escalates the New and Change Requirement document to Technical Team If Client need suggest standard process flow for their activities Before starting the training process, sign off from customer on agreement for Customization, Process flow, Solution design and master data. Provide End User training and get User training sign-off After successful Go- Live of application, get Implementation Sign-off from customer. Updating Patches in Client Server Giving Demonstration of product to the Clients if necessary To quickly identify and rectify the common issues Coordinating with Clients and answering / solving the queries Providing Online & Off line support to the Users Whenever updating Application new version inform and explain to the customers about Bug fixed and enhancements before. Analysis and Raising enhancements as per the requirement of customer Involved in Functionality Testing Giving support for upgrading & maintaining the software in line with the changing needs of the organization Documentation of the daily activities (status reports, issues reporting, deliverable documents) Skills/ Qualification Working with Middle east time Zone Familiarity with the .NET framework Implementations Understanding Health Billing and HL7 Basic understanding of programming Updating Patches in Client Server Strong Documentation skill is required Excellent oral and verbal & written communication skills. Should have excellent analytical skills and customer oriented. Knowledge in basic & advanced MS-SQL Working experience in Ticketing and tracking system Multi-task and work independently or within a team A high caliber B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science with 3 to 5 years of prior experience in Technical support preferably from Health Care Industry Preferably experience with RCM role and process life cycle in Hospital or clinics About Client Its a product base company in healthcare domain and they develope software used in Healthcare and pharma industry.They are leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry dedicated to creating intelligent connections that deliver unique innovations and actionable insights.
