Technical Support Engineer
Job Description
> Hardware and software Installation / support of desktops and laptops.> Support for Peripheralas Windows Operating system installation as and when requried. Installation and updating of anti virus software on desktops / laptops.> Monitoring the network at the facility Installation of new desktops / laptops in joint coordination with the vendors.> Provide level 1 support for active / passive components of the data network. OS base lining - patch / virus signature management Network configuration, LAN card configuration Support different PC productivity tools like mail clients, browsers, office applications etc OS base lining, Upgrading, patch installation and troubleshooting of desktops.> Troubleshooting of OS ServicesEducation Details- Any UG Degree / DiplomaJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From ?150,000.00 per yearSchedule:
