2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
3 Handling of customer queries related to GPS/Meters..
4. Update GPS files when there are revisions to the job site plans.
5. Troubleshooting and maintenance of the IoT Devices.
6. Provide accurate tech solutions to the clients, customers for their queries.
7. Responsible for installation of GPS on sites as per the requirement.
8. Follow up with clients to ensure their IOT devices are fully functional after troubleshooting.
9. Prepare accurate and timely reports. Required skill set:
-Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer
