Technical Support Engineer Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Good communicator
  • Initial Point of Contact for all device and software related concerns from customers.
  • Attend meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
  • Ability to understand the customer requirement and coordinate with technical team to get it implemented.
  • Good and agile troubleshooter
  • Assist in creating training materials pertaining to relevant device / product troubleshooting and usage.



Experience Level:
  • 2 - 4 years of technical support experience.



Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related stream.
  • Basic Knowledge of programming languages like Android and Java and process management methodology.
  • The ability to recognize risks and errors in an application.
  • Exposure to any bug tracking tools and requirements analysis and tools.
  • Knowledge on Agile practices is desirable.
  • Customer centric approach
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, works well independently and with others.
