Software Engineer - Technical Support Engineer
Experience Required: 0-3 years
Salary Range: 04 LPA- 05 LPA
Location: Ahmedabad
Shift Timing:
2.00-11.00 pm for male candidates
11.00-08.00 pm for Female candidates
Job Requirements:
Providing technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote access
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software and hardware
Managing and documenting support cases in a timely and efficient manner
Maintaining and updating knowledge of technical products and services
Communicating with internal teams to provide solutions to customer problems
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Understanding of REST APIs.
Understanding of basic SQL queries
Experience with delivery of a SaaS product. (IIS / SQL / Linux)
Strong communication and documentation skills
