Profile Associate Technical Support (TUC)
Experience and Skills
- Domain knowledge in Banking Operations /Finance/ Credit Bureau is essential.
- IT Software Application Support and Maintenance.
- Knowledge of SQL queries /Linux/Unix would be of added advantage (CP / VI commands etc.)
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Analytical abilities Work with large and often complex data sets, so they need strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and interpret trends and important information
- Preferred individual with file processing work: Understanding of SFTP, WINSCP.
- Process oriented approach to Operations.
- Basic communications and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Responsible for day to day operations carried out in operation team
- Must have a basic understanding of the functional processing of banking / loan operations.
- Provide end to end support to stakeholders on the file processing.
- Provide resolutions to members on failed processing and draft response to members via email
- Escalating and highlighting any system issues to the operations leads and IT Team
- Ready to Working in 24*7 production and application environment and providing day-to-day support.
- Ready to work for 6 days with 1 rotational off
