Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Install and configure patches and updates

• Trouble shoot upgrade issues.

• New environment deployments when required.

• Backup and restore metadata & glossary

• Monitoring of workflows, jobs, Reports scheduled

• Setup /configuration and BAU of Collibra environment

• Usage guides, best practices

• All other items needed to support the platform as requested by LSEG

• Monitoring and management of On-prem job servers/JS VMs

• Management of Database and related activities (For e.g. Restoration etc.)

• Management of storage and Weekly backups

• Manage Single Sign on

• Network Support (Performance check, uptime/recovery)

• IT Change Management

• Responsible for 9x5 proactive monitoring of events/logs generated from both IT Infrastructure (On-prem job-servers/JVMs, Network, Database and backup) and AWS cloud environment by leveraging LSEG tools (e.g. Amazon Cloud Watch, Datadog, QRadar/One identity) and constantly check performance and availability parameters to ensure high availability

• First level troubleshooting of qualified alerts

• Configuration of Ports, Job server and maintenance

Skills & Experience:

• Certified AWS or Azure Cloud person

• Experience with Networking, Windows, Data stores and Monitoring tools.

• Experienced in Agile and CI/CD methodologies

• Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills
