Job Description
Job Title - Technical Specialist (SQL Application Support) Mandatory Skills - Experience in supporting Banking or Capital Markets applications. Experience - 6 to 9 years Location - Hyderabad Notice Period - Immediate : Roles & Responsibilities. 6 to 9 years of experience in supporting Banking or Capital Markets applications. Should have led 10-15 members L1 team. Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting EoD batches. Experience working in both Unix and Windows environment is a must. Should have experience in working SQL queries. Should have good communication & interpersonal skills. Experience in performing maintenance activities for applications. Experience in Incident, Problem, change and release management process. Good understanding of the incident escalation process. Should be flexible in working in 24*7 rotational shifts. Knowledge of Unix and Shell scripting is desired and mandatory. Experience in Murex-L1 support is added advantage.
