Technical Solutions Rep III

Description -

Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks. Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment. Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments.

Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment. Allocates own time efficiently. Receives general instructions on all work.

Responsibilities:

Develop, Maintain Knowledge Base (KB) for HP's configurator. Product line Knowledge base owner for PPS products.

Apply expert knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle and Programming Languages to convert requirements to error free code.

Works on NPI with complex scope and guide the team members technically. Fixing customer reported issues by working with different stakeholders and suggesting changes in the input to avoid ambiguity.

Education and Experience Required:

BE, B Tech, MCA, M.Sc. IT, Computer Science graduates (Minimum 60% from 10th onwards)

Basic Knowledge on the programming languages like C, C++, Java and certification is preferred

0 to 2 Years of Experience

Knowledge and Skills:

Intermediate Knowledge in Spreadsheet.

Strong Knowledge and use Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) methodology to convert requirements to error free codes.

Requires good written and verbal communication skills and should be able interact with the onshore development team.
