Job Description
1. Technical Support
Receive break down/service & maintenance calls
Speak to clients
Understand the query
Arrange a suitable technician to provide a solution
Work in collaboration with engineers and other senior staff as needed to provide effective end user support and issue resolution
2. Administrative
Register service calls in service register
Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
Keep an inventory of products required for the repair work
Ensure inventory required for servicing is maintained in good condition
Schedule service engineers as per client requirements
Managing food, accommodation of engineers
3. Sales of spare parts
Providing quotations of spare parts
