Job Description
BE/B. Tech Graduate in Electronics/Computer Science with 6+ years of relevant experience including a minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master in IT services preferably in the Telecom Sector.
- Experience in Network IT would be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in Full-Stack technologies (Java, Springboot, Microservices, or React JS, Node JS, Postgres), AWS/MS Cloud migration, Collaboration Tools, Dev Ops and Automated Testing is essential.
- Able to establish standard development practices and processes.
- Involvement in project planning - forecast, monitor, and review all project aspects along with costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.
- Optimize customer releases based on the user experience program.
- Inclination to learn new technologies and keep the team updated as well.
- Deep knowledge of the web application development ecosystem, tooling, methodologies, and best practices.
- Understanding of Java application stacks and JavaScript frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in scrum methodology (Sprint planning, execution, and retrospection) is a must.
