Responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, converting them into business and contributing to the overall business growth of the organization.
Evaluate business potential and commercial viability of each opportunity
Work closely with TSD team for coordinating customer trials and establishing chemistry at customer lines.
Planning and executing projects related to sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Developing & implementing sales strategies and analysing market trends
Maintaining a pipeline of opportunities and monitoring the progress of projects on regular basis through Sales Force
Coordinate with R&D for new product development by sharing the market needs on regular basis.
Achieve the sales revenue targets from the assigned area by maximising sales through new customer gains or conversion from competition.
Regularly share customer / market updates with Zonal Head and management.
Submit Monthly / Weekly business updates and reports to all concerned.
