Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development



Identify and engage

corporate, education, hospitality, healthcare, and government

accounts across Delhi NCR. Drive discovery calls, site surveys, and stakeholder mapping; maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM. Present solutions for

meeting rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, huddle spaces, auditoriums, hybrid classrooms, NOC/command centers, retail signage, and video walls

. Prepare and deliver

presentations, demos, and live POCs

(Zoom/Teams/Google/Room systems). Build and manage

BOQs, proposals, and commercials

with margins in line with company policy. Coordinate with

presales/engineering

for solution design, drawings, and SOW; ensure on?time handover to projects team. Develop

OEM/distributor/channel

relationships for leads, pricing support, and training schedules. Achieve

monthly/quarterly targets

for revenue, margin, meetings, and conversion rate; support timely

collections

Must?Have Qualifications



Graduate in any field;

Electronics/IT/EEE

preferred.

0-4 years

in

AV/UC/Digital Signage/System Integration

sales or presales (freshers with strong tech aptitude welcome). Clear communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfort with field sales

in NCR; ability to run demos and basic POCs.

Two?wheeler preferred

(travel allowance as per policy). Proficiency with

MS Office/Google Workspace

; working knowledge of CRM.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
