Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineers. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of industrial automation systems with a passion for sales and customer engagement. The position is responsible for identifying customer needs, proposing automation solutions, and driving business growth through consultative sales. Job Responsibilities Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate automation solutions involving PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, VFDs, sensors and control panels. Develop and deliver techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and service teams for seamless project execution. Manage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Kylas) for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting. Perform market analysis to stay updated on competitor offerings and emerging automation trends. Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building. Job Requirements Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering from a reputed institute Strong Technical Skills in Industrial Automation and Control Systems and Processes. Knowledge of wiring diagrams, MCCs, motor control circuits, and power distribution. Familiarity with programming environments (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, Schneider EcoStruxure) Hands-on experience with variable frequency drives (e.g., Nidec, Control Techniques, ABB, Siemens). Proficiency with Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, CANopen, etc. Ability to propose and integrate automation systems across OEM or process setups. Ability to prepare technical proposals, datasheets, and compliance documents. Analytical and adaptable to evolving technologies Continuous learning mindset for new products and solutions. Effective Interpersonal Communication and negotiation skills. Result-Oriented and with technical curiosity. Location - Goa, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
