THE ENGINEER WILL BE REPRESENTING REPUTED INTERNATIONAL BRANDS WHICH ARE PART OF STAR KRUPA FOR THEIR PRODUCTS/SERVICES IN THE INDIAN MARKET.Responsibilities and DutiesHe | she should have the capacity to produce safe, practical, and cost-effective engineering solutions to design problems encountered by Specifiers and Contractors.He | she should be able to maximize specification opportunities for existing products and develop new products for both existing and new markets.He | she should be able to convert users of low margin products to better performing, more profitable alternatives: Engineering Practices in line with company targets.He | she should be able to provide lowest cost design solution to contractors and end users to ensure company's competitiveness.He | she should be able to monitor and record the activities of customers and the Technical Services team.He | She should be able to oversee team procedures and correspond with internal and external customers.He | She should be able to ensure systems used by Technical Services team are effective in responding to our customers needsHe |She should be able to ensure the ongoing Technical | Product development of team members, create an environment of learning and motivate individuals to continuously improve through open and honest lines of communicationHe |She should be able to ensure the company is flexible in its approach to utilizing skills and knowledge in order to benefit the business when the need ariseIt is not possible to enumerate all duties but your scope covers all technical and engineering related responsibilities.He | shes duties will also extend to other departments as and when required.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsQUALIFICATION OR SKILL REQUIRED: B. Sc.
