They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process. As a Technical Recruiting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in finding the right talent for our clients\' technical positions. Qualifications Hiring and Technical Recruiting skills Experience in IT Recruitment and general recruiting practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and understand technical requirements Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial: Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry Knowledge of staffing and payroll processes Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field
