Requisition Number: 1539 Position Title: ROS Recruiter External Description: Role: Technical Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
Employment: Fulltime
Primary Responsibilities
- Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on Randstad process.
- Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.
- Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond to Randstad via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.
- Work all assigned job orders until covered.
- Attend daily/weekly req. meeting.
- Establish relationships with consultants in region.
- Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
- Pre-close candidates on job offers.
- Maintain working contractors, including tracking personal starts and upcoming finishes.
- Meet or exceed weekly expectations. Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
- 2-5 years of Recruitment or Customer Service background with International voice experience.
- A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
