Job type: Full time What You\'ll Do You\'ll work as part of a technical team, collaborating directly with our Product Management, Engineering and Quality Assurance staff to understand our products, and then create clear technical and product guidance for both internal and external audiences. The work includes creating and updating all knowledge base materials, maintaining existing content, and content tailoring. You\'ll work primarily on API Guides, User Guides, Implementation guides and administering content in the knowledge base. Responsibilities Research, create, update, and edit documentation enabling internal and external customers to understand the product and its deployment with a focus on API and technical concepts. Work in a DITA structured environment following guidelines and style guide approach. Collaborate with SMEs such as Product Owners, Engineers, Solution architects, Marketers and QA to document new features for each release cycle. Suggest UI naming for clarity and consistency. Manage publishing tasks, KB administration tasks, creation of new bookmaps, metadata and properties update. Meet deliverable deadlines and keep all members updated with blockers and issues. Participate in multiple projects at the same time. Edit any technical documentation crossing your desk. Qualifications and Skills Minimum 4 years working in a software company as a technical writer. Experienced with topic authoring, DITA protocol and XML- Required . Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in related field. Experienced in API development. Experience in working in an agile environment. Strong proficiency in English required. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and simply. Strong technical aptitude-ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work well with others - both in person and remotely as part of a global team.
