You are responsible for
Typically leading medium complex (agile) projects with at least 2 disciplines/sites and/or coordinates multiple sub-projects and a single project budget of
\xe2\x82\xac 1M and a project duration of 1 year
Thinking ahead about consequences of decisions and determines what and when appropriate to escalate issues/risks
In collaboration with project stakeholders, identifying project risks (opportunities and threats) and issues, identifying mitigation actions and engaging in considerate risk-taking behavior, taking into consideration the balance between risk taking and risk escalations
Defining critical activities in terms of business value, innovation, impact and utility derived from cost-benefit analysis
Identifying gaps in current knowledge about business priorities and tapping into internal networks
Reusing historical data and project knowledge to solve issues, set up project management documents and building on corporate knowledge by sharing information
Creating opportunities in the Philips PM community to add value and requesting help from the Philips PM Community to deliver own objectives
You are a part of
A high-impact, global organization within Philips that works across all modalities \xe2\x80\x93 The Sustaining Engineering Team (STET). STET has been established as an entrepreneurial organization that focuses on fast paced, high-quality portfolio transfers within the Philips global supply base to mitigate risk & maximize profitability. As a senior member within this team, the transfer leader is responsible for driving technical excellence within said projects to ensure first-time-right quality.
To succeed in this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
PMP certification or equivalent certification
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience
Experience working with global supply chains
Experience as a Design Transfer Leader
Experience in design cycle of high tech electronic components, assemblies, and/or electro-mechanical systems
Strong project management skills is a must with ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, across functions and organizational layers; proven ability to manage relationships at all org levels
Knowing and understanding broad business perspective
Knowledge of Supply management strategies and tools
Demonstrated ability in working in a complex/global environment
Fluent English language skills (reading, writing and speaking)
