ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY… The Digital Solutions (DS) Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for the delivery of DS solutions for new and existing customers. The TPM works directly with the Implementation / Project Manager, Developers, business users and IT resources to implement the business requirements into a workable product. The digital solution (DS) comprises of Enterprise content management (ECM) , capture platform, Sftp etc., The TPM is also responsible in creating data models from the past projects that will be used in fulfilling the solution engineering requests that might arise from time to time from the presales team. YOU'LL GET TO… Translating the Technical Spec/BRD(Business Requirements document) into a detailed design document for the development team to use. Closely work with the Implementation Manager on the project schedules by locking in the Level of Effort(LOE) from the development team. Designs, plans, and coordinates project work teams Ensure that the project is delivered on time, meets business and technical requirements and is within the approved budget. Develop the project Work Breakdown Structure at a level of detail appropriate to the project. Ensures execution of product roadmap through the Agile Development process, including definition of release plans, epics and oversight of stories and backlog. Develops and documents detailed system design specifications, technical project requirements and system functional design diagrams. Serves as the Quality Assurance lead for the DS system, ensuring the overall solution and system quality. Good understanding of Infrastructure, networking, firewall to design and implement solutions in collaboration with the development team. Take the lead as scrum master to ensure the tasks are executed per the plan while running agile project deliverables. Exceed the customer expectations by challenging the status quo by designing and delivering the products and services. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE... Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred. 10+ years of overall experience in C#, Dot Net, SQL and ECM tools- Kofax, Onbase, Sharepoint, Filenet. PMP, Agile, Scrum certification a plus. 5-7 years of proven project management experience in a matrix environment. 3-5 years of experience managing implementation of highly technical, enterprise-level BPO, hosted, or similar systems. Experience within the document imaging, outsourcing, SaaS, or hosted solutions industry is advantageous. Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Excellent internal/external written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize issues in a complex environment. Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Must be detail oriented. Flexibility to work from home, office and customer places when there is a need.
