Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage deliveries, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, dependencies and risk
• Manage the deliverables of a local team
• Interact with stakeholders from across the world, both from our client as well as third parties
• Contribute to the Open-Source community interaction, including participation in the discussion forums
• Contribute to the documentation for the SDK
• Contribute to the capture and analysis of new requirements, feasibility studies, estimation of efforts and timeline, dependencies and risks
• Manage deliveries, including scope, schedule, dependencies and risks
• Closely collaborate with a technical lead to document and track the progress made on the different tasks
• Identify and execute recurring project / process meetings, status reports, project plans, and process documents
• Manage, collect and present feedback from multiple work streams involving both external and internal stakeholders
• Participate in automation efforts through creation of templates or scripts that would support recurring tasks
• Collaborate closely with other team members, including some being located at other parts of the world

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• 12+ years of experience in the software development industry
• Minimum 3 years of Hands-on experience as Scrum Master and should be well-versed with all scrum ceremonies.
• Should have a deep understanding in Agile Methodologies and a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in the same
• Project management experience in the software development industry
• Efficient project management skills to lead multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Ability to create and define execution plans
• Outstanding communication skills
• Readiness to work in a global team with contributors and stakeholders from different backgrounds, skills and remote locations
• Experience in leading technical teams
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or comparable relevant experience
• Experience in iOS, Android development
• Experience in Java spring boot microservices development.
• Experience working with developers, communities and developer products, or Open-Source development projects
• Ability to collect, document and translate user feedback into actionable insights
• Experience with scripting and enterprise tools to automate workflows
• GitHub experience (Continuous Integration, GitHub routines)
• Real-life experience with mainstream commercial-grade mobile apps used by a broad user base (please provide links to app listings)
• Hands-on experience in the Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with integrating mobile applications with cloud services
