Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or closely related subject
Proven Project Management and delivery experience across multiple countries, locations in one or multiple domains: Cloud environment, Managed Servers, Hosting services, Security.
Knowledge and usage of Agile project management methodologies. Certification(s) in the areas of PMP, Scrum Master / Product Owner are desirable.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, VLANs, Firewalls, DMZ
Exposure to hosted services in Public Cloud environments - AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
Knowledge of DC infrastructure, Housing, Storage technology, backup/ restore processes, Windows/ Linux servers
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to present and discuss complex technical information in clear and concise manner with the leadership team
20% travel including international should be expected
English language skills required.
Your responsibilities
Manage projects on time, in budget and with the expected quality and outcomes.
End-to-end project responsibility along the complete project life cycle, from initiation, planning, execution until project handover and closure.
Be a reliable and trusted partner to deliver the expected project results.
Understand and implement required architectural, IT and cyber security rules and regulations.
Work very closely with the specialist teams and central IT units to integrate specific solutions into the corporate context
Compliance with necessary ITIL processes e.g. Incident Management to manage the services.
Drive business case evaluation and determination of business value.
Responsible for project and service financials and project resource management.
End2end responsible for process improvements
Establish efficient, consistent, and standardized processes and information flows
Service standardization, compliance with relevant security measures, and interface with providers.
