: Your Tasks: Leads all engineering activities within project team.Owns and manages engineering budget Technical Interface to customer, Managing all R&D deliverables in the project in time/quality/cost Represents R&D as single point of contact in Project Team Ensures all Engineering Phase reviews and releases on time.No unplanned development loops, verification right first time on time Engineering Hours/Spend according to project budget Your Profile: BE / Master\'s in engineering (Electrical/Automotive),12-15 years of Experience in Product Engineering, R&D in Automotive/ eMobility systems, (Handling eMobility systems, Knowledge of eMobility products, Product design, validation, and certification) Knowledge of Transmission/eMobility Systems Engineering Min. 5 years\' experience in Project/Product Management Excellent interpersopnal and communication skills, Knowledge of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), FUSA, Cyber Security.
