Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the Customer Interface for technology and business issues, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our technical team. Your primary objective will be to stay on top of customer issues, tickets, and feedback while effectively conveying these causalities to the technical team and the outcome back to the customer. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless delivery. You will also have a team who will be managing and responsible for the customer interface channels. Time to get down to business: Here\'s what you\'ll be doing:

  • Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Oversee project support operations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling escalations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Gather and convey customer feedback, enhancement ideas, and feature requests to the technical team.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to address customer issues effectively, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Lead and manage projects related to customer issue resolution, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Participate in customer calls, effectively translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including project plans, requirements, progress reports, and customer support guidelines.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for the customer support team, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Must-Have Gear: What you\'ll need to join the team:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Technical Project Management or Customer Support role in a customer-facing capacity (preferably global customers).
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in handling customer issues, providing support, and delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and address customer concerns.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is desirable. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
