In this role, you will be part of our Enterprise Applications (EA) team, responsible end to end for Nokia\xe2\x80\x99s applications\xe2\x80\x99 portfolio, used across all Business Groups and Functions. Our current mission is to simplify and modernize our application portfolio and to transform into a fast moving, product-oriented and customer-focused technology organization.
Within the EA you will be part of Automation Centre of Excellence which delivers Automation ensuring benefits to Nokia\'s Business Groups and Functions via Automation levers like RPA, Orchestration combined with intelligent algorithms, Data Processing (IDP- NLP), Intelligent Agents & Product specific automation (e.g. for SAP - Winshuttle); Automated Data Migration, among others.
As part of the Automation Centre of Excellence, your role as Project manager responsible will be responsible for delivering complex multigenerational projects using the Agile and Waterfall Project management techniques wherein would be required to direct, coordinate, implement, execute control and complete the software projects using RPA/RDA ,Service Now and Power App technologies. What you will learn and contribute to The role owner will act as a key individual contributor and have an aptitude to learn new technologies and loves to push the boundaries in solving real problems. Responsibilities:

  • Interact with the client for project management, reporting, deliverables, and day-to-day relationship management
  • Define detailed project plans to and ensure agreement with all stakeholders
  • Define the execution strategy for the project and provide technical leadership to the team
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Process management and compliance; project monitoring and management to ensure delivery within time, cost and quality
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Required Skills
  • Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices while leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Hands-on project management experience for software environment using in developing and deploying of RPA solutions
  • Expertise in interfacing with the Internal and external customers as part of project management activities
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software technologies are necessary
  • Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team-player and leader
  • Problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills - oral and written
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
Your skills and experience You have:
  • Technical Project Management with 15yrs Experience in a large matrixed organization
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Budget management experience
  • Negotiation and convincing skills
  • Preferrable experience in Telecom Industry
  • PMP or equivalent certification
