Roles and Responsibility:-

The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more multi-year programs. Manages Enterprise wide programs of 20+ people size with multiple concurrent sub-projects or equal complexity. Responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems. In addition to all responsibilities of a project manager which include managing all aspects of a project including initiating, planning, executing, closing and controlling, primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: coaches and mentors project team members; determines project scope; develops resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans; develops training plans; develops requirements documents; develops project approval matrix; identifies project team training and tool needs; defines, recommends and secures contractual agreements for technical services and products; coordinates requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement plans, and develops service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms; defines quality gates for each project methodology phase; defines critical success factors; establishes and manages the project warranty period.

• Manage client relationships by conducting regular meetings for progress review feedback, and client concerns;
• Will also do manual testing of application to guide developers , testing team and customer.
• Regularly meet with development teams to ensure client requirements are clear, monitor progress, and work on architecture, design, and development;
• Set delivery expectations with clients and development teams, plus work closely with QA teams to deliver quality code;
• Help to grow accounts by identifying improvements or expansions in scope on projects.

Qualification:-

• BE in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of Technical experience
• Strong Agile methodology and agile leadership experience
• Strong SaaS or Software Project Management experience NICE TO HAVE
• Familiarity with the legal services industry, legal system, or other regulated industries
