The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies. Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of Corning\'s businesses through IT enabled processes. IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost efficient manner to Corning worldwide.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will keep the trains running on time and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products to our customers. You have experience across mobile infrastructure domains, a strong product focus, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the on-time, on-spec, on-budget and with high-quality delivery of products.
• Create and monitor the program plan, schedule, budget, resource plan and manage, and track related program activities
• Review, dispose and communicate changes in scope / schedule / expense Conduct regular meetings to ensure cross-functional teams are clear on expectations and problem- solving actions are in place to address issues in a timely manner
• Maintain adequate technical depth and managerial skill to address issues. Collaborate with the product team to ensure customer needs are met.
• Contribute to organizational development and process improvement Identify risks and detailing mitigation plans to ensure that the project stays on track, or is brought back on track in the event of delays or blockers Identify destructive conflicts and resolve them using various conflict resolution strategies.
• Raising issues and blockers to the right stakeholders at the right time to remove roadblocks with a view to ensuring that the project/program is put back on track Participate in the improvement of processes for initiation, tracking, governance, review and delivery of programs and projects.

• Required Relevant Industry Experience 8-12 years (5-10 years for Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree holders) of hands-on technical program management experience, preferably in a wireless product development environment
• Proven experience as a Program Manager in software, hardware, or product teams Successful track record of launching products on-time with high quality
• Directly managed system level product development cycles with hardware and software integration Knowledge of and experience with LTE/5G RAN and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) Understanding of Contract Manufacture (CM) and Joint Development Manufacture (JDM) processes Hands on experience in RF/DAS design, engineering, maintenance, equipment, and/or components desired.
• Basic understanding & background in Electrical, Mechanical, RF, etc. engineering subject areas desired Product Development Process & Environment Possess a firm understanding of the Hardware, Software, SQA, and NPI processes, and can optimally filter through multi-functional team updates and highlight program risks.
• Good understanding of embedded software development & software release methodology Understand and deal well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remain flexible and calm Experience of project/program management in an Agile product development environment (DevOps)

• Understands the dynamics of getting work done in a fast-paced product development environment, often in the face of conflicting priorities of participating stakeholders Cross-functional dependency management
• Technical leadership across functions

• At least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in CS, CE, EE or ECE Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred PMP certification preferred.
