Minimum qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in Program/Project management and identifying process improvements, orienting teams to Agile methodologies. Experience in Cross-Functional Collaboration, Cross-Functional Agility, Collaboration, Customer Success Metrics, Metrics Management. Preferred qualifications: Experience in internal or external customer-facing role driving technical implementation programs. Strong ability to define, generate and maintain metrics to monitor the progress and success of the organisation. Good understanding of operating systems, Security, networking (from a Program PoV), Enterprise Data Center, Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) and release orchestration. Good Understanding of Cloud IaaS/PaaS/SaaS (GCP). Ability to work with colleagues in various timezones, especially the US Pacific. Responsibilities Determine detailed timelines of cross team activities for each planning cycle and execute on the plan. Collaborate closely with the DevRel central planning team, and program leads for timelines and changes to processes. Ensure a cohesive communications plan is in place and executed upon for all the stakeholders and in the appropriate communication channels. Be the primary liaison and escalation point between the Engineering and Tech leads of DevRel product group to reduce friction across business units, to drive long term alignment on roadmaps and to improve GCP\'s ability to be responsive to emerging risks and opportunities.
