Responsibilities

• Drive engineering programs and releases from idea to delivery to deployment

• Champion long-term, scalable processes that support the growing needs of our company

• Drive the prioritization, scope, and schedule of product activities, working closely with architects and engineering leads

• Provide regular executive reports.

Key Skills

• 2-5 years of Program Management experience working with large, complex, enterprise products.

• Understanding of release process with understanding

of Agile and Waterfall Software development model

• Good Communication and Presentation Skills - Experience

with cross-organizational communication to both technical- and non-technical audiences from engineers to VPs

• Able to communicate project risks, progress, launches

and retrospectives across all stakeholders and teams consistently and transparently.

• Drive visibility and transparency of dates, upcoming milestones and release dates throughout the development process

• Familiarity with development and PM tools such as Jenkins, Gerrit

• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs
