Job Description
Farm extension services to dairy farmers
- Periodic interventions like CMT, deworming, pregnancy diagnosis
- Vaccination and preventive preventive treatment for dairy animals.
- Guiding and motivating farmers for good fodder practices ,shed management ,silage making, hay making, cleaning and hygiene at farm.
- Achieving targets for coverage of farms and animals along with trainings.
- Coordinating with RBP technical officers on daily basis for achievement of targets.
- Promoting RBP and inputs of Baani Milk at field level
- Create capacities within MPC for effective implementation of Ration Balancing Program (RBP) in the villages covered;
- Support various agencies for improvement / upgradation of veterinary services for adequate vaccination cover, disease diagnostic services
- Support for implementation of initiatives for increasing awareness amongst Producers for practices related to animal health management.
