To take care of all Technology Transfer Activities for New & existing products at site.

What will you be doing?

Tech Transfer for New & Existing Products

• Product development from Lab Scale to Pilot to Commercial scale till setting up the product.
• To make alignment between R&D/Production through tech transfer Meeting updates.
• Equipment mapping & Capacity finalization for New/Existing Products.
• To Maintain all required technology Transfer Documents.
• Coordinate for PRA of New/Existing product.
• Coordinate for Process safety study DSC & RC etc. for New/Existing product.
• Timely information to ESHA & Admin for necessary regulatory approvals for new products.

Technical Supports for Projects

• Supporting Projects from Initial Planning to Finalization by providing technical Data & Basic PFD\'s/P&ID\'s.
• To Prepare Plant Modifications & Expansion plan for New/existing Products.
• To Provide Requirements for CAR/CMA Preparation.
• Implementation of Guidelines as process & project requirement.

Process Improvements & optimization

• To discuss the improvement idea\'s with people & Convert into Improvement opportunities.
• To drive the Process improvement & Process Optimization Projects.
• Implementation of MOC and tracking & monitoring of MOC Action points.
• To train people for all basic documentations including change controls, BMR & 8D reports Preparation.

CPS Tool implementation

• To Prepare Mass balance & Flow charts for New/Existing Products.
• Yield Data & CPP monitoring for various Products.
• To help the site team to achieve technical Organizational goals.

What do we expect?

Education:

• B.E. in Chemical Engineering

Business experience:

• 8+ year

Additional Qualifications:

• Certificate in Statistical Quality Control with Six Sigma Green Belt
