Job Description


Responsibilities :

A day in the life of an Infoscion -

- Manage overall integration projects including kickoff, requirements review, estimation, scheduling, testing, troubleshooting, and ensure the deliverables are completed on time of high quality.

- Manage 2-4 highly skilled resources and their career development

- Participate in the development of ICE strategic plan, mentor and guide team members, provide technical oversight and leadership necessary to accomplish work

- Manage resource allocations and project risks

- Foster innovation and drive delivery

- Follow established processes to enforce integration standards, framework, governance, and tools to overall organizational effectiveness to streamline integration development

- Collaborate with teams in coordinating resources and aligning project deliverables and deadlines

- Proactively communicate with all stakeholders on timely basis and have clarity on deliverables expectations

- Adherence to PMO processes to manage projects effectively

- Understand business needs and project/technology initiates and make recommendations to meet the requirements

- Establish strong software engineering practices in the team in order to provide effective, practical, and value-add to the organization.

- Conduct code reviews with developers to ensure proper coding standards and approaches are being followed.

- Ensure that all technology solutions are in alignment with the overall architecture roadmaps while adhering to companywide standards.

- Responsible for Integration platform performance and making sure the platforms are running smooth

- Stay abreast of industry trends in order to proactively identify areas for growth, improvement, and development with the capability to implement industry best practices at Waters.

- Collaborate with vendors and other stakeholders on resolutions and root cause analysis for reported issues and meet established SLAs

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
  • Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership
  • Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
  • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
  • Two or three industry domain knowledge
  • Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
  • Client Interfacing skills
  • Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
  • Project and Team management
