Job Description
We are seeking a talented Tech Lead with a strong background in Webmethods development and expertise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as a Webmethods Developer in the past and a proven ability to manage and support a team of developers.
Mandatory Skills
- Candidate should be minimum 8+ yrs of exp with 3+ as Technical lead
- He should have min 5+ yrs as a developer rather than an admin/support role
- Webmethod - version 10+ is fine
- Exp in Webmethods API gateway, MFT, Integration server - mandatory
- Exp in Webmethods Active transfer - good to have
- 8+ years of experience in Webmethods
- 3+ years of experience in handling Development teams
- Must have worked in Onsite/ Offshore model.
- Expertise in Estimation for CRs/ Work packets
- Interaction with Architect and Analyst teams to understand work items/ CRs
- Have hands on experience in MFT, API Gateway, Wemethods integration server
- Should have worked on Webmethods version 10.x & above
- Providing resolution for Technical issues (raised by Dev team)
- Able to take decision independently.
- Innovation/ Improvement in Development teams
- Attending and provide support to Scrum teams.
- Attend Handover calls for interfaces and gather technical requirements from other applications.
- Provide Support for all go lives of Integrations.
