Position Purpose

The position is for a Sr. Software engg in the team helping to provide and develop technical solutions for Trade Finance application. Development teams develop the product across India, France and Belgium. The Indian team requires full stack technical Lead to guide/mentor team on technical subjects as well as contribute directly to the project during Sprints. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities

• Strong experience in guiding and working with geographically distributed Agile Scrum teams in designing and development of Service oriented applications using Java and Angular framework as well as directly contributing to the project during Sprints

• Experience in providing solutions to architecture level issues

• Study user requirement, develop specifications, design, review code and implement systems in line with Group standards and regulatory requirements IN ORDER TO meet user (business) requirements.

• Further enhance, Trouble-shoot, understand & resolve problems related to existing systems IN ORDER TO meet user requirements and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems

• Highlight risk and issues in time with appropriate solutions or alternatives

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Strong understanding of Java/J2EE frameworks
• Strong working experience in Spring framework, Micro services architecture.
• Hands on experience in Spring Boot
• Hands on experience in Angular 8 or above and NgRx
• Strong experience in writing Unit test cases - Junit for backend and Karma or Jest for front end
• Good understanding of Oracle Sql
• Strong experience in TDD methodology
• Experience working in Agile methodology and Devops platforms and tools like GIT, Bitbucket, Sonar, Jenkins.
• Strong communication skills, analysis or problem solving skills
• Should be self-motivated, proactive, confident and willingness to take up challenges
