Chubb Technical Lead for Informatic Developer : The Chubb Technical Lead for Informatic Developer is responsible for leading the development and maintenance of Informatic solutions within Chubb. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for driving the technical strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of Informatic developers and providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and other teams to understand requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Designing and architecting Informatic solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Developing and maintaining Informatic mappings, workflows, and data sets.
- Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries to extract and transform data.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures.
- Identifying areas for process and system improvements and driving implementation.
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance of Informatic solutions, including monitoring and performance tuning.
- Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Informatic and recommending enhancements or new tools.
