Job Description
Job Location- Pune Education- BE/ Btech Experience- 6 to 8 years : -Sensitive to appearance and color harmony -Knowledge & understanding of Automotive Paint, Plastic, Textile -Understanding of Quality & detailing -Eyesight to pass Farnsworth/ Munsell 100 Hue Color Acuity to Superior Discrimination -Detail oriented and organized -Can manage data, timelines and tracking and follow through -Knowledge of CATIA, Photoshop etc. -Coordinate visual reviews for all appearance level plaques and parts -Assist with mastering for production: sign-off of new masters, match to master development as needed -Conduct vehicle reviews to assess perceived and aesthetic quality of interior and exterior components throughout development stages -Manage Appearance Approval Review -Engage with suppliers to provide direction based on the product target and approval or rejecting parts -Support Paint/ Plastic/ textile development and manufacturing processes as needed -CMFG Matrix support -Coordinate design intent for production.
