Job Description
Need a Lead for the technical support team
- Should be a graduate in related field.
- Good technical understanding and hands on experience of IP Switches/PBX's. Preferably Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft.
- Experience in Call Recording or CDR applications
- 1-3 years of experience in handling and managing Networks/Network Security
- Cisco CCNA certified.
- Good English communication/written skills and Hindi is good to have.
- Should be capable of understanding and analysing technical problems in depth and troubleshoot.
- Communicate with internal team, vendors/partners and develop strong relationship by way of extending excellent support.
- Handle escalation calls and meet SLA guidelines.
