Job Description

Need a Lead for the technical support team

  • Should be a graduate in related field.
  • Good technical understanding and hands on experience of IP Switches/PBX's. Preferably Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft.
  • Experience in Call Recording or CDR applications
  • 1-3 years of experience in handling and managing Networks/Network Security
  • Cisco CCNA certified.
  • Good English communication/written skills and Hindi is good to have.
  • Should be capable of understanding and analysing technical problems in depth and troubleshoot.
  • Communicate with internal team, vendors/partners and develop strong relationship by way of extending excellent support.
  • Handle escalation calls and meet SLA guidelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
