Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Enhancing our CI/CD infrastructure in close collaboration with software development scrum teams and IT department
- Designing and developing pipelines to build, test and deploy a wide range of embedded and cloud based applications written in C++, C# and Python
- Speeding up developers and testers through automation as well as coaching and training scrum teams to promote best practices in CI/CD is your mission
- Design processes and select the right tools for automation
- Build, test, maintain and document the infrastructure and tools to allow for the efficient development and release of software.
- Provide direct and responsive support for urgent analytic needs.

Skills Required:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English, with a proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively in an international and distributed work environment. Additionally, possessing a strong level of assertiveness, enabling confident and impactful representation of ideas and opinions.
- A highly motivated and proactive personality with a results-driven approach and a strong commitment to "Getting things done."
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience as a C++, C# or Python Software Engineer, with a passion for working in a DevOps team. Software Development experience is essential.
- Hands on experience on DevOps for 2 years minimum.
- Having a deep understanding of the design and automation of pipelines to build, test, and deploy a wide range of embedded and cloud-based applications.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code and a demonstrated track record of automating CI/CD infrastructure using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Highly skilled in Git, with a deep understanding of different Git workflows and semantic versioning concepts
- Proven expertise in using Artifactory and package managers, including Nuget, PyPi, and Conan.
- Hands-on experience in leading-edge CI-Systems as GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Jenkins, and GitLab
