IT Service Lead \xe2\x80\x93 IBP

The IT Service Lead -IBP will be for managing the day-to-day activities in the areas of technical integrating projects, environment and application readiness. The scope of work can include activities supporting RUN for a specific platform / application stack. The incumbent will be responsible for tracking and managing the execution of approved projects and/or releases, while also forecasting the planning and delivery of new demand. The incumbent could also provide oversight of managed service teams that are aligned to the platform for both service requests and incidents. Candidate will be responsible for assisting with the development and guidance of the junior team members in enhancing their capabilities and increasing productivity.

What you will do:

• Independently manage application areas in SAP\xe2\x80\x99s Digital Supply Chain portfolio:

• SAP IBP \xe2\x80\x93 Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP)
• SAP IBP \xe2\x80\x93 Demand Planning
• SAP IBP \xe2\x80\x93 Inventory Optimization
• SAP IBP \xe2\x80\x93 Response & Supply
• SAP IBP \xe2\x80\x93 Demand Driven Replenishment
• Analyze business requirements (functional and technical) by conducting information-gathering sessions across multiple functional areas.
• Guide the business to select and utilize the appropriate technology solutions to support the business requirement while utilizing standard practices in the SAP landscape and harmonized business processes.
• Develop functional specifications for new requirements that utilize SAP best practices and align with global company strategies as needed.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.
• Should be able to create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
• Provide guidance and direction to all process towers for cross functional flows that affect IBP.
• Perform the necessary configuration and technical changes required to support business requirements including cross functional impact while monitoring transport changes all the way thru production and validation.
• Develop and execute unit-test and integration test scenarios and direct others in the proper test and use case strategies.
• Work with other team leads, business process owners, project team members, and end users to effectively implement projects on time, in scope and on budget while utilizing SAP and industry best practices.
• Responsible for knowledge transfer to other team members and associates as resident IBP expert.
• Provide expert support (i.e., break/fix, how to expertise, minor/major enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, cloud upgrades) for all business-critical IBP process flows.

What you will need:

• Minimum 7+ years of total experience with 5+ in SAP IBP Implementation or Rollout or Production Support experience
• Exposure of Integration between SAP ECC or S/4HANA and IBP using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services (CI-DS) or Real Time Integration (RTI)
• Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements and Developments to meet business needs.
• Has experience across implementation, support, and rollout projects and execution methodologies. Is conversant with integration of SAP IBP solution with other modules like MM and SD.
• Should have domain understanding related to IBP modules.
• Ability to lead and participate in project transitions and work on allocated projects in IBP and associated areas.
• Ability to drive and manage cloud upgrades for IBP and ensure the uninterrupted availability of systems.
• Experience in at least two SAP projects with SAP IBP solution and Global support environment.
• Understanding on master data relevant to SAP IBP and use of different fields in the master data for the IBP processes.
• Experience in S/4HANA enterprise management would be an added advantage
• SAP IBP certification is highly desirable
